We charge you whatever it costs us to mail it to you, unless you have a courier account and would like to use this instead. This can easily be arranged. Normally there is the choice of air or ground mail. Air mail is more expensive. Adding another stencil adds only $1.00 to the mailing cost. For custom or special services- stencils in an emergency- please call toll free to arrange this. 1-888- 468- 9221

Return Policy

You must notify our office within 30 business days of receipt of goods to obtain an authorization number for a return. The authorization number must be written on the sales receipt and shipped back with the goods to :

Please insure that return packaging meets postal standards. All Customers out side of Canada must write on the out side of the package (Return for credit. Product of Canada) Product packaging that has been opened, damaged or returned without authorization is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not subject to a refund or credit. Credits will be issued once goods have been received and inspected. We do not accept returns from couriers. Please follow these procedures to ensure you receive your credit or refund.
